Refrigeration Mechanical Apprentice

Ready to roll up your sleeves and learn a skill that keeps a fast-moving farming operation running?
We’re on the lookout for a Refrigeration Mechanic Apprentice to join our growing team at Forth, right in the heart of Tasmania’s North-West.
​
At Harvest Moon, we grow crops like no other. Family-owned and proudly independent, we operate across Tasmania, Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland, supplying fresh, quality produce to customers around Australia and beyond.
What we grow matters and so do the people who help make it happen.
About the role
Based at our Forth site, you’ll be a key part of our maintenance team, learning the ropes from experienced refrigeration professionals who know their trade inside out.

This is a true entry-level opportunity! No prior industry experience required. If you’ve got a strong work ethic, enjoy hands-on learning, and want to build a solid trade career, we want to hear from you.
​
You’ll earn while you learn, working toward a Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, while gaining real-world experience in a large-scale, modern agricultural operation.
