CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
Grow Your Career With Us
At Harvest Moon, our people are just as important as the fresh produce we grow. From the paddock to the packing shed, from the office to the road, it takes all kinds of skills and dedication to keep Australia supplied with fresh vegetables all year round.
We’re always looking for great people to join our team!
Whether you’ve been in the industry for decades or you’re just starting out.
Farming and Agriculture
Our farms are at the heart of everything we do. The work here is hands-on, varied, and deeply rewarding.
We look for people who are experienced machinery operators, spray rig drivers, or agronomists, the experts who know soil, crops, and weather like the back of their hand. Our agronomy and field teams work closely together to grow healthy, nutritious vegetables in a way that cares for the land.
If you’ve got farming experience or you’re looking to build a career in agriculture, join our Talent Pool and we’ll be in touch when the right role comes up.

Factory and Machinery
Our washing, sorting, and packing facilities in Tasmania, Victoria, and NSW are a hive of activity. This is where fresh produce from our fields is carefully prepared for markets and customers.
Factory roles include grading and packing, cutting vegetables, operating machinery, and forklift driving. You’ll be part of a team that works efficiently and safely to make sure our customers get the best-quality produce every time.
If you have a strong work ethic and enjoy working in a busy, team-focused environment, apply to our Talent Pool today.

We value people who are organised, adaptable, and ready to work as part of a collaborative team.
If you’d like to put your skills to work in a company that values people and produces something you can be proud of, join our Talent Pool.

Maintenance and Fleet
Our maintenance teams and fleet crew keep our equipment, buildings, and vehicles in top condition. Whether it’s fixing machinery, maintaining infrastructure, or making sure our trucks and tractors are ready for the road and field, these roles are vital to our success.
We look for people with trade qualifications, mechanical skills, or experience in workshop or fleet operations.
If you’ve got the know-how to keep things moving, join our Talent Pool so we can contact you when a role becomes available.

Sales
Our sales team is the link between our farms and the people who enjoy our produce. They work closely with wholesale partners, retailers, and customers across Australia and overseas, making sure our vegetables reach the right markets at the right time.
Sales at Harvest Moon is about building strong relationships, understanding market needs, and working with our growing, packing, and logistics teams to deliver what’s promised. It’s fast-paced, detail-focused work that rewards great communication and problem-solving skills.
If you’ve got a talent for building connections and a sharp eye for opportunity, join our Talent Pool. We’ll be in touch if a sales role comes up that matches your skills and experience.

Leadership and Management
Strong leadership is what keeps our teams working safely, efficiently, and with purpose. At Harvest Moon, our managers lead from the front, whether that’s in the paddock, the packing shed, the workshop, or the office. They support their teams, make informed decisions, and look for ways to improve how we work.
We value leaders who combine people skills with practical know-how, can roll up their sleeves when needed, and are committed to producing the best quality vegetables for our customers.
Leadership roles are available across all areas of the business, from WHS, farm and factory supervisors to department heads and senior managers
If you’ve got proven leadership skills and want to be part of a company that values its people as much as its produce, join our Talent Pool so we can contact you when a role becomes available.
