Factory and Farm Workforce Coordinator
Harvest Moon – Forth, Tasmania

Our Forth site, on Tasmania’s Northwest Coast, is home to our head office, farm and main production facility.
About the Role
-
As our Factory & Farm Workforce Coordinator, you’ll be at the centre of our operations team, making sure we’ve got the right workforce lined up to match the pace of the paddock and the factory teams.
What you will do:
-
Develop and manage rosters for our casual factory and farm employees and PALM workers
-
Plan workforce allocations across the season and on the day which may include weekends
-
Respond to the changing conditions of harvesting, delivery times and production schedules
-
Deliver inductions for new employees and support training for their roles
-
Ensure employees understand timesheet reporting and be willing to assist them if needed
-
Assist with the management of our accommodation properties that we provide our casual employees
-
Back up our HR Operations Manager when needed
-
This is a role for someone who can think ahead, adjust quickly and stay calm when the plan changes. Because in fresh produce, it often does.
What we are looking for
-
You understand time-critical environments. Maybe you’ve worked in agriculture, logistics, manufacturing or another fast-paced industry where delays aren’t an option.

You have strong workforce planning and rostering experience
-
Sharp problem-solving skills and solid attention to detail
-
Strong administration skills and confidence with MS Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams
-
The ability to communicate clearly with people from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds
-
Initiative and the ability to work autonomously or as part of a great team
-
Great organisation skills and the ability to prioritise when everything feels urgent even with that early morning phone call!

Administration Assitant
Narrandera – NSW
Harvest Moon has a great opportunity for an organised and reliable Administration Assistant to join our Farm Operations team in Narrandera, NSW, covering a period of parental leave.
This casual role will support our Farm Operations Manager and Factory Supervisor with the day-to-day administration that helps keep the site running smoothly.
While this role is initially covering a period of parental leave, there may be an opportunity for the position to extend as our Narrandera operations and wider business continue to grow.
Key responsibilities will include:

Data entry and record keeping

Reconciliations and reporting
-
Supporting the onboarding of new employees
-
General administrative support across Farm Operations
We’re looking for someone with:
-
At least 2 years’ experience in an administration role, ideally within agriculture or a similar fast-paced environment
-
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
-
Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping
-
Excellent organisation and time-management skills
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
The ability to adapt and stay organised in a busy, changing environment

Forklift Driver
Harvest Moon – Werribee VIC
Harvest Moon is seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Driver to join our team at our Werribee, Victoria site.
An immediate start is available for the right person.
In this role, you will support daily site and warehouse operations, including the safe movement, loading and unloading of fresh produce and materials. You will work closely with the team to help keep product moving efficiently and safely through the site.
Key responsibilities include:

Operating a forklift safely and efficiently
-
Loading and unloading trucks
-
Moving fresh produce, pallets and materials around the site
-
Supporting dispatch and warehouse operations
-
Completing required safety and maintenance checks
-
Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe
-
Following workplace health and safety procedures
-
Communicating clearly with team members, drivers and supervisors
To be successful, you will have:
-
A current forklift licence
-
Previous forklift or warehouse experience
-
Good time management skills
-
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
-
A strong focus on safety
-
A neat and professional approach to work
-
Good communication skills
Experience in fresh produce, warehousing, logistics or food manufacturing will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
