Pack House Operations

	WQA Certificate   Woolworths Quality Assurance   Harvest Moon was one of the first companies in Tasmania to be certified under the Woolworths Quality Assurance program.   We have been certified since 1999.   WQA certification covers our fresh vegetable pack house operations
SQF 2000 Certificate   SQF = “Safe Quality Food”   SQF 2000 is the quality assurance program which allows us to supply vegetables to Coles Supermarkets.   SQF2000 certification covers our fresh vegetable pack house operations.
	HACCP Certificate HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) certification underlies both other Harvest Moon

 

Farming Operations

Freshcare Certificate   Freshcare is an Australian on-farm quality assurance program, Harvest Moon is committed to using best agricultural practice to ensure long term sustainability of Tasmanian farms.   We encourage all our suppliers to also join the Freshcare program.
	GlobalGAP Certificate   GlobalGAP is the internationally recognised farm quality assurance program which allows Harvest Moon to export vegetables to Europe.
