Harvest Moon owns and operates a fresh vegetable processing business know as "Vegie Express".

Vegetables can be peeled and cut to size all year round, creating another option for those who are looking for quality prepared fresh produce.

Peeled carrots, onions, potatoes, pumpkin and swede are just a few vegetables available, with styles including julienne, ringed, battoned, sliced, chipped and grated vegetables a specialty of the business.   

As with Harvest Moon, 'Vegie Express' maintains a high level of food safety and customer satisfaction. Our current customers range from the Hospitality and Tourism industries, to local clubs and 'Fish & Chip' shops. 

We have two wholesalers who distribute our processed product to all our customers, maintaining reliable delivery to the Tasmania community.
