Harvest Moon sources cauliflowers from farmers located in the Forth Valley and surroundings. 

To maintain their freshness cauliflowers are harvested and sent to the factory within the same day.

Harvest Moon only sources the white cauliflower but there are other varieties becoming available such as green cauliflower and purple cauliflower.

Description

·         Cauliflowers are generally produced for local Tasmanian markets.

·         Choose cauliflower that has tight florets with a crisp appearance.

·         Cauliflowers are low in fat and an excellent source of dietary fiber, foliate and Vitamin C.

·         Try your cauliflower boiled, steamed, fried or just eat it raw.  

Sizes

Average weight 2 - 3 kg.

Packaging

Packed by count in either wooden bins or cartons.

Cauliflower are also cut and wrapped for supply to supermarkets.
