 Description

·         When buying broccoli the stalks should be firm and crisp.

·         Broccoli must be refrigerated and is best eaten within 1-2 days of purchase.

·         Always rinse broccoli before consuming, whether eaten raw or cooked.

·         Broccoli is delicious steamed or in stir fries, even better in crudités! It can be used in gratins and soups too.

Sizes

Broccoli head size is 100 - 150mm with stalk trimmed to same length as head width.

Size of head varies according to customer specification.
