Harvest Moon is producing the finest quality fresh beans in Australia.  The beans are grown in the Forth Valley then washed and hand-packed under environmentally controlled conditions. Harvest Moon places great emphasis on maintaining the cool chain after harvest in order to maximise the freshness and quality of beans for the consumer.

Description

·           Choose beans that are blemish free and look crisp.

·           Store them in a plastic bag in your crisper to reduce dehydration. 

·           Beans are best eaten 1-4 days after purchase.

·           Beans are a good source of vitamin C, foliate and dietary fibre, and like all green vegetables are a good source of iron.

·           Beans are a great summer vegetable, great for stirfrys or why not try them in your favorite salad.

Size

Most are in the range 120-140 mm and less than 7 mm thick.
